TCR…what does that stand for? TriCycle and Run, based out of our hometown - St. Michaels, Maryland, is our full service, multi-sport shop. Both Jason and Laura are from the Bay Hundred area of Talbot County and moved back to the area in 2011 to open the store.

​

Jason had been doing work for years with local races and organizers, including Ironman and the St. Michaels Running Festival. In 2015, TCR Event Management launched our first event, a Pi Day Free 5k on 3/14/15. We are proud to say that we have been a part of a FREE 5k run in St. Michaels every month since that date.

​

In 2018, TCR Event Management was formalized and became its own entity complete with an ever expanding number of events. Each year, Jason and his team work to improve our local races and create a few new ones in order to keep the community interested in physical activity.

​

The main purpose of TCR Event Management is to help provide  smooth events for organizers and athletes alike. By taking care of the details, events are enjoyable and athletes continue to come back to support the organizations that host them.

LAURA CHANCE

Not only is Laura the smiling face that greets you at the retail store, TriCycle and Run, but you can find her at our owned races as well. Laura will make sure that all of your questions are answered and that you have a smooth morning before your event!

Laura has a passion for women-specific events and encourages female athletes to stop in and introduce themselves.
